1. Returns

1.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

1.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Any items returned that are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of return.

1.3 All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number provided by our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

2. Refunds

2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of the returned item.

2.2 If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

2.3 Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus any applicable restocking fees, if applicable.

3. Exchanges

3.1 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

3.2 If the requested exchange item is of greater value than the original item, the Customer may be required to pay the price difference.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt for assistance.

4.2 We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

4.3 Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for damaged or defective items in accordance with our policy and your preferences.
